Revant offers a competitive compensation package including:

  • Base salary or hourly pay range, $66,000 - $71,000 (dependent upon experience)

Essential Functions

Paid Media Campaign Strategy and Execution

  • Strategize and execute paid media campaigns across search, social, display, and video channels (including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Amazon Ads, and others).
  • Develop and implement paid media strategies that align with overall marketing goals and objectives.
  • Identify new opportunities to improve marketing media mix, targeting strategy, and budget allocation between platforms.
  • Closely monitor monthly media spend pacing and support forecasting efforts through data-backed recommendations.

Campaign Optimization

  • Proactively monitor and analyze campaign performance using key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Implement optimization strategies based on data insights to maximize campaign performance.
  • Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, ad copy, and landing pages to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize product feeds in Google Merchant Center, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.

Collaboration and Content Development

  • Work closely with in-house and contract creative partners to plan, produce, and test new ad content.
  • Collaborate with the E-Commerce team to plan and execute A/B tests for landing pages on the website.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Extract and interpret data from platforms such as GA4, Looker Studio, Tableau, and other eCommerce tools to provide actionable insights.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to stay ahead of industry trends and refine strategies.
  • Own paid media reporting, surfacing trends, actionable insights, and performance deep dives across platforms.

Education and Experience 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  •  3+ years of experience directly managing PPC/SEM campaigns
  • Strong expertise in paid media platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads (Amazon Ads experience is a plus)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in conducting A/B tests across multiple platforms
  • Certifications in Google Ads and Google Analytics are highly preferred.
  • Proven experience in eCommerce advertising, with a focus on driving revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in tools such as SEMRush, GA4, and Asana or other project management platforms.

Competencies

  • Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics (Klaviyo experience is a plus, for leveraging customer lists cross-platform)
  • Proficient in Google Merchant Center and feed management/optimization
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and deliver actionable recommendations
  • Experience in conducting A/B tests across multiple platforms
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with creative and technical teams (Asana experience is a plus)
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, particularly Shopify (preferred)

Work Environment - Hybrid (Tuesdays and Wednesdays in office)

While working remotely, you will need a quiet space that you can use to allow you to be present and focused during work hours.  In addition to two days in the office per week, your position may require you to be physically in the office more often when projects or in person meetings are required. 

When working at the office, we operate under Good Manufacturing Practices which may at times require wearing safety glasses and closed toe shoes.  This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
