Revant offers a competitive compensation package including:
- Base salary $70,000 - $75,000 (dependent upon experience)
- Eligible for the company bonus program

Essential Functions
Website Administration
- Content Management: Own content requirements for new product launches—develop briefs for copywriters, designers, and content creators; coordinate with creative teams to review and organize incoming content for Ecommerce use.
- Store Administration & Theme Management: Own Shopify administration, including configuration of market settings, shipping rules, payment gateways, tax settings, and sensitive theme updates.
- App Implementation & Configuration: Evaluate new apps for compatibility, implement and configure them, and support migrations to expand site functionality.
- Product Data Management: Collaborate with the Ecommerce team to launch new products; build scalable systems and workflows to support product launches.
- Process Documentation & Training: Create and maintain documentation for processes, train other team members, and establish repeatable workflows.
Website Development Support
- Feature Development Support: Partner with developers to scope and implement new features—define data structures, configure metafields, and coordinate ERP (NetSuite) integrations.
- Quality Assurance (QA): Test and validate new site features prior to deployment, logging issues and tracking resolutions.
- Release Management: Manage theme deployments, coordinate sprint deliverables, and ensure updates are properly rolled out.
A/B Testing Program
- Test Strategy: Partner with the Sr. Customer Experience Manager to identify focus areas for testing.
- Test Execution & Reporting: Build A/B tests in testing platforms; collaborate with designers on test concepts; work with developers on complex tests; track progress and compile insights with actionable recommendations.
- Configuration & Deployment: Set up and implement test variations across relevant site sections.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Team Liaison: Act as a bridge between Ecommerce, Marketing, and Creative teams to align on website updates, product launches, and testing initiatives.
- Communication & Coordination: Ensure clear timelines, requirements, and deliverables are shared across teams.
Competencies
- Comfort pulling reports from GA4, Looker Studio, Tableau, or Shopify Analytics
- Highly collaborative work style
- Able to balance strategic thinking with tactical, detailed execution
- Experience with site performance KPIs (conversion, bounce, cart abandonment, AOV)
- Skilled at writing clear creative briefs
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Education and Experience
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in ecommerce operations
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience managing Shopify admin, themes, product management, and promotions configuration
- Experience filling out and handling product data within an ecommerce platform or product information management system
- Experience with Excel or Google Sheets for product data management
- Experience with reporting tools like Google Analytics is preferred
- Experience with NetSuite is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required

Work Environment – Hybrid (Tuesdays and Wednesdays in office)
While working remotely, you’ll need a dedicated, distraction-free space to remain present and productive. In addition to two standard in-office days per week, additional in-office time may be required for key meetings or collaborative projects.
When onsite, employees are expected to comply with Good Manufacturing Practices, which may require wearing safety glasses and closed-toe shoes in designated areas.

- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. for occasional office-related tasks
